Sal516 is applicable to the machining of shell and disc products
Sal516 CNC vertical lathe is suitable for processing various cast iron, cast steel and alloy non-ferrous and non-metallic materials. It can turn inner and outer cylinders, planes, grooves, cones, arcs, etc. It can meet the requirements of different batch production, with high efficiency and stable and reliable accuracy. A special hydraulic fixture is designed for machining (80-132) national standard and non-standard motor housings. It greatly improves the processing efficiency and reduces the labor intensity of workers. And it can realize one knife machining of the upper and lower planes of the motor shell, the seam and the iron core (rough and fine turning). It greatly improves the assembly accuracy and noise of the motor in the later stage.
